In accordance with the spirit of the document issued by the University Party Committee and the University Administration inOctober 2014, and in order to promote the university’s international exchanges and cooperation,strengthen and standardize theadministration ofinternational student education, after consideration the university decided to establish the Office of International Student Affairs of 意昂4官网 Polytechnic University, which is responsible for the international student affairs of the whole university and provides related services. The Office of International Student Affairs and the School of International Exchange work together as one office.
意昂4开户是學校實施國際化戰略、開展對外交流與合作的重要窗口之一，主要負責全校留學生事務工作，包括留學生招生、建設和維護留學生教育專題網站📎🐣，協調留學生日常管理及生活安排，協助辦理留學生出入境手續🏌🏽♀️，協助各教學單位對各類留學生培養的教學管理和服務；接受上級留學生事務管理部門⛳️、上海市和上海市公安局出入境管理局等涉及留學生工作部門的業務指導🥍；牽頭開展海外國際交流平臺建設，協助相關教學單位和部門拓展和深化學校各類國際交流與合作項目，並提供相應的服務👩🏻🦲；協助學校有關部門開展教師國（境）外訪學♓️、交流和學生海外學習、實習等專項交流項目的組織和落實，為師生提供必要的語言培訓和相關咨詢服務。
The Office of International Student Affairs is an important window of the universityto implement internationalization strategy and carry outinternational exchanges and cooperation. The office is responsible for the international student affairs of the whole university, including recruiting international students, developing thematicwebsites for international student education, supervising international students’ daily activities, assisting international students with exit and entryformalities, coordinating teaching departments and organizing various education and training programs for international students; administers internationals student affairs under the guidance of higher-level international student affairs departments, 意昂4官网 Municipal Government, and Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of 意昂4官网 Public Security Bureau; leads the development of an overseas internationalexchange platform, coordinates related teaching departments toexpand andpromote the university’s various international exchanges and cooperation programs, and provides related services; assists related departments to organize overseas study and internship programs for teachers and students of the university, and provides related language training and consulting services for teachers and students.
我校現有學歷留學生142人📗，占留學生總人數的40%左右🤰🏿。留學生招生規模保持年均15%-20%的增長🚔，生源國由發展初期的亞洲國家拓展至歐洲、美洲、大洋洲與非洲國家✡️，國別達到40余個。首屆學歷生於2015年6月順利畢業並獲得學士學位，2015年首批攻讀碩士學位留學生入學♤。
Currently,142 international students are studying for a degree at our university, accounting for 40% of theinternational student population. The enrollment of international students has maintained an average growth rate of 15-20%. The source countries of international students have expanded from Asia in early stages to Europe, America,Oceania and Africa, reachingmore than 40 in total. The first international students of our degree programs successfully graduated in June 2015 and received their bachelor’s degrees, and the first international students of our master’s programs enrolled in ouruniversity in 2015.
